These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ANTE website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using ANTE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

ANTE is a bankroll tracking and analytics application for poker players. The Service allows you to log poker sessions, track results, and view performance statistics across cash games and tournaments.

ANTE does not facilitate gambling, real-money gaming, or wagers. We do not process payments for poker games, connect players to games, or provide any gambling services. ANTE is solely a tool for recording and analyzing your own poker play.

To use certain features of ANTE, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ANTE. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to use ANTE for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or its users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using ANTE to facilitate illegal gambling, fraud, or money laundering.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or other users’ accounts.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Using automated systems to scrape or extract data without authorization.
• Harassing, abusing, or infringing the rights of others.

ANTE and its content, trademarks, code, and design are owned by ANTE and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal bankroll tracking purposes.

You retain ownership of the poker session data you enter into ANTE. You may export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

ANTE offers core bankroll tracking features free of charge. We may introduce optional premium features or subscription plans in the future. Any paid features will be clearly labeled, and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be described before you complete any purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

ANTE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Statistical calculations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANTE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, losses related to poker play, bankroll decisions, or data loss.

You may stop using ANTE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ANTE is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. [Jurisdiction to be finalized upon legal review.]

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of ANTE after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
